Schools Offer

MHN offers mentoring, tutoring and combined packages of support for children and young people struggling with their mental health and school attendance.  

  • Bespoke 1:1 support to meet each young persons needs.

  • A time and place that works; at home, in school or in the community.

  • Small group support for young people to share common issues e.g. transition to secondary school.

  • Holistic approach connects parents, carers and school staff, to enable sustainable change. 

  • Evidence based approaches and psycho-education to empower children and young people.

  • Weekly session notes and attendance.

  • Termly reviews and attendance at student meetings.

  • Mental health outcomes monitored using an evidence-based psychological tool, the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS).

  • Communication and collaboration is a key part of our support. ​​

Wellbeing Outcomes

For the academic year 2024-2025 we are proud to share that our outcome data has shown a statistically significant positive change in the wellbeing of our students, using the evidence-based Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Health and Wellbeing Survey (WEMWBS).
